Fort Amherst volunteers

Many of you helped with the Great Lines/Command of the Heights/Fort Amherst project!

To celebrate everyone’s efforts, they are holding a street party on Thursday 12th September.

If you would like to attend, please let me know asap and I will send the numbers to Karen who is organising!

Hope everyone is well,

Andrew.

Repton’s pond at Cobham Hall

We’ve been asked by the management at Cobham Hall if we’d like to help rediscover a pond on the grounds. This pond, amongst other features in the garden, was designed by Humphry Repton in the late 1700s. Andrew started the group off yesterday and the work will continue into next week.
